Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in networking and prospecting to build a robust client portfolio.
  • Conduct client meetings to collect pertinent information and present tailored options that align with their needs.
  • Collaborate with specialists within the firm to create joint work opportunities and expand into new markets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Utilize various communication methods to maintain clear and frequent contact with clients.
  • Ensure documentation and records are maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify and develop 2-3 key markets to establish your specialized niche.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a financial advisor or planner with a focus on CRIA.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 along with a 63/65 or 66 license.
  • Must hold a valid Life and Health insurance license.
  • Proficient in lead generation and enjoys meeting new clients.
  • Adept listener focused on addressing each client's unique requirements.
  • Open to coaching and committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Service-oriented with a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
  • A charismatic communicator who enjoys mentoring and assisting others.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time management capabilities.
