We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our residents, promoting autonomy and dignity, and leading the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional care that exceeds our residents' expectations
- Promoting autonomy and dignity for all elders
- Leading and coordinating the interdisciplinary care team to meet individual needs
- Making independent clinical decisions and communicating them effectively
- Implementing physician orders and nursing interventions
- Participating in resident care planning and supporting our nursing department's goals and objectives
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff
- Monitoring residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Inspiring teamwork and creating a positive work environment
- Empowering elders to make their own decisions whenever possible
- Making prompt and accurate judgments in emergency situations
- Collaborating with elder assistants, elders, and families to provide necessary teaching and support
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Excellent assessment skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Understanding of MDS and Care Planning
