Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Southern Bank. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

• Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including advertisements, banners, flyers, brochures, newsletters, infographics, social media graphics, posters, and website visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Maintain and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Create and edit visual content for internal and external communications.
• Assist in the production and layout of company publications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
• Proven experience with a portfolio of strong paid advertising work.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
