Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Tampa, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art radiology department. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with our team of radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
