Lead a Team of Caregivers

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Stoughton Meadows Assisted Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing team, caregivers, and other clinical team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team and caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Connect with prospective residents and their families to understand their unique needs and foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate health services and ensure optimal care.
  • Lead a high-performing team by training and developing an enthusiastic and professional wellness team.
Requirements:
  • Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies governing the community.
  • Previous experience in providing care to seniors, sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality, or a relevant healthcare/personal care background.
  • Experience developing employees and teams.
  • A track record of achieving results.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive income: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year.
