Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent them.
