Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Electrical Mechanic to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of electrical systems for aircraft. This includes performing connector terminations, sealing, wrapping, and bonding wire harnesses and cables according to standard processes.

You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical orders, and process specifications to perform electrical modifications and repairs. Troubleshooting organizational and depot maintenance level malfunctions in aircraft electrical and comms/nav-systems is also a key responsibility of this role.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with electrical/electronic theories and avionics systems, shop mathematics and practices.
  • 4+ years of experience in working with schematics, specifications, assembly drawings and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Starting Pay Rate: $73,300 / $35.24 per hour.
