Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). This role requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and communication skills to ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
  • Communicate effectively with patients/residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in patient/resident care planning and implementation

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors
