Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Beer Server Representative to join our team at Capital Ale House. As a Beer Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining and beverage area, adhering to company standards and local health codes.
  • Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and counter tops following standard procedures to ensure sanitized drinking and eating surfaces.
  • Ensure the timeliness of operational deadlines and adherence to the standards of operations of the position set forth in the Server Training Manual.
  • Identify areas of need within the beverage service and dining area and correct problems.
Qualifications
  • All Employees are required to be available on Sundays on a rotating basis.
  • Must be able to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
  • Able to remain standing and active for up to an 8-hour shift. This could include going up and down stairs.
