Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our team of pediatric professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Torticollis, and delayed development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and evaluate children to determine their current level of ability or deficiency.
  • Plan and implement one-to-one treatment according to the Plan of Care.
  • Collaborate with other therapists to plan and implement co-treatments.
  • Accurately document daily notes, evaluations, and progress reports.
  • Adhere to established rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Work cooperatively with families and fellow staff members to improve the lives of clients and their families.
  • Promote the benefits and value of pediatric physical therapy to various audiences.
  • Meet and exceed minimum productivity requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current Oregon License.
  • Experience working with children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Torticollis, and delayed development.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with various parties.
  • Ability to complete session documentation within required time frames.
