Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated team member to join our production team in a Coffee Roasting Specialist role. As a Coffee Roasting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our online and wholesale customers receive a world-class coffee experience through accurate roasting and preparation of their shipments and communication with your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roast high-quality coffee beans to meet customer specifications
  • Prepare shipments for online and wholesale customers
  • Communicate with customers and team members regarding order status and quality control
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Participate in coffee tastings and quality control processes
