Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding food and beverage service to our guests.
  • Greet guests warmly and promptly, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
  • Exhibit a passion for exquisite cuisine, fine wines, and exceptional service.
  • Maintain service standards as outlined in the training program.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage offerings.
  • Accurately process guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
  • Follow the Steps of Service as outlined in the training manual.
  • Handle Point of Sale operations and process payments efficiently.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Communicate professionally with both customers and team members.
  • Ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Work a flexible schedule based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
  • Previous serving experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends and certain holidays.
  • Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
