Echocardiographer Position

MultiCare Health System is seeking a skilled Echocardiographer to join our Imaging/Radiology team on a per diem basis. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your specialized knowledge and clinical skill sets to provide high-quality imaging care for our patients.
Responsibilities- Obtain high-quality recordings of ultrasound images of the heart and related structures
- Perform diagnostic radiology to accomplish strategic departmental goals
- Utilize your knowledge and skills of diverse types of ultrasound procedures
- Engage your clinical interpretive knowledge, independent judgment, initiative, and ingenuity in performing procedures
- Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers with a specialty Registration of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (RDCS); If RDCS registry eligible, must receive RDCS certification within 12 months of hire or transfer
- Registered with Cardiovascular Credentialing International as Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) may be substituted for RDCS with the expectation of obtaining ARDMS registry within 12 months of hire or transfer
- Previous experience as an Echocardiographer preferred
