We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients through speech therapy, direction, and oversight.
  • Build and maintain a strong Speech-Language Pathology therapy program, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Enhance clinical expertise, professional, and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists, and other professional staff, self-study, and continuing education activities.
  • Maintain valid state licensure and stay up-to-date with issues related to the profession of speech-language pathology therapy and the healthcare environment.
  • Understand and comply with relevant payment models, billing, and treatment guidelines, as well as clinically appropriate means and modes of delivery.
  • Provide quality care, set reasonable goals, and achieve outcomes within established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols within facilities.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where applicable).
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in clinical documentation, as well as basic internet navigation skills.
