About the Role

Festival Foods Grocery Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Service Counter Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and reinforcing our Festival culture, guest service, and performance expectations to all Meat Service Counter Clerks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and coaches Meat Service Counter Clerks to achieve exceptional guest service and performance expectations.
  • Provides consistent, thorough, and continuous training for new and current service counter associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Creates and implements effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Meat Service Counter Clerks.
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of Meat Service Counter Clerks and provides feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
  • Collaborates with other department managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a retail or grocery store environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
