Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Transportation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, managing transportation logistics, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, receive and store incoming shipments, and manage stockroom organization.
  • Transportation Logistics: Plan and coordinate transportation, ensure timely pickup and drop-off of products, and communicate effectively with customers and drivers.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
