This role is entirely focused on patient care within a senior living community that offers skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living services.

This position involves responsibilities across two facilities, with the majority of your time spent at one location and a smaller portion at another.

Key Responsibilities:


As a Full-Time Geriatric Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting meaningful objectives and implementing innovative treatment strategies while overseeing the work of Rehabilitation Assistants.

You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to meet productivity benchmarks and fulfill necessary documentation requirements.

Your primary goal will be to assist patients in achieving significant health outcomes while serving as a reliable resource for the community.


Required Qualifications:
Must be a graduate from an accredited program for Rehabilitation Specialists.

Possess a valid state license.

CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance are mandatory. Home health visits will occur on-site.

Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is advantageous but not essential.
