Are you a dedicated Geriatric Rehabilitation Specialist with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the elderly? Our Rehabilitation Team at Symbria is looking for a committed professional to join our employee-owned organization.
This position involves responsibilities across two facilities, with the majority of your time spent at one location and a smaller portion at another.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Geriatric Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting meaningful objectives and implementing innovative treatment strategies while overseeing the work of Rehabilitation Assistants.
Your primary goal will be to assist patients in achieving significant health outcomes while serving as a reliable resource for the community.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a graduate from an accredited program for Rehabilitation Specialists.
Possess a valid state license.
CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance are mandatory. Home health visits will occur on-site.
Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is advantageous but not essential.
