Welcome to The Treetop ABA Therapy, where we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental challenges. Located in the heart of Massachusetts, we are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician - RBT.

As an integral part of our team, your role as a Registered Behavior Technician - RBT involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data on individual progress, conducting functional assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
In a 1:1 learning environment directly in the child's home, you'll establish competent learner skills to prepare children for effective functioning in both home and community-based settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Equipped with the necessary tools, stimuli, and support, you'll encourage skills acquisition, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement, making each day a step forward in the journey toward personal and collective success.
Requirements- High school or equivalent
- 1 year of ABA therapy, paraprofessional, childcare, teaching, special needs, or other relative experience with children
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
- Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate
- Effective written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
You will have to move quickly at times to ensure clients are safe. Having your RBT license is preferred but not required.
