About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Vascular Access department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing vascular access procedures, including insertion and maintenance of central lines, PICCs, and other vascular access devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform vascular access procedures, including insertion and maintenance of central lines, PICCs, and other vascular access devices.
  • Assess patients for vascular access needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provide education to patients and families on vascular access care and management.
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts RN License required.
  • AD with 3-5 years experience or BSN degree in nursing required.
  • Knowledge of IV Therapy Nursing.
  • IV Therapy Nursing experience preferred.
  • Dedication to both bedside teaching and formal hospital education programs.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to develop and support unit-based quality improvement/research projects.
