Dishwasher Role at Barcelona Wine Bar

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Barcelona Wine Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.

**Responsibilities**

* Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff
* Maintain the dishroom in a pristine condition, including organizing and storing cleaning supplies and equipment
* Assist with trash and recycling removal and disposal
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service

**Working Conditions**

* Ability to stand for long periods and move around the kitchen with ease
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 60 pounds
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Ability to work in a hot, wet, and humid environment

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
