Job Opportunity

Staffing Proxy is seeking a highly skilled Audiology Specialist to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a leading provider of ear, nose, and throat services, allergy and immunology, audiology, and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audiological Assessments: Conduct thorough audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions to diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders.
  • Pediatric Services: Provide auditory evoked potentials and DPOAEs to assess hearing in children and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic results, including recommendations for hearing aids, assistive listening devices, cochlear implants, and bone-anchored devices.
  • Hearing Aid Services: Conduct assessments, fittings, and adjustments to ensure optimal hearing aid performance and provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing aid use and maintenance.
  • Tinnitus Evaluation and Management: Assess and manage tinnitus symptoms, offering appropriate therapies and counseling to improve the quality of life for patients with tinnitus.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree and/or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Experience with BAHA bone conduction devices and Cochlear Implants is a plus
