Compensation: $12.15 per hour

Reports to: Head Golf Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize golf carts for daily operations and tournaments.
  • Welcome guests and assist with loading their golf equipment onto carts as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform detailing on the golf cart fleet.
  • Operate a golf range vehicle to collect range balls.
  • Handpick range balls during adverse weather conditions.
  • Support banquet setup when required.
  • Assist in the upkeep of golf restrooms and event facilities as needed.
  • Dispose of trash throughout the golf course.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or move for 6 to 8 hours daily.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Skill in multitasking effectively.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Availability for shifts during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with golf or prior experience in a similar role.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Minimum wage plus tips.

After 60 days, full-time employees may qualify for medical, dental, vision, accident, life insurance, long-term disability, and a Simple IRA after one year of employment.
