Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Chief to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of automotive technicians and customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of technicians and customer service representatives to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure that all service center operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, cash handling, and quality control.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Ensure that the service center is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.

• 1-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend financial objectives and recommend strategies to improve sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest-first mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods and work in a variety of environments, including hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
• Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
