We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Family Resource Home Care. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients by ensuring optimal caregiver-client connections.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care Coordination: Review caregiver preferred hours and identify open shifts with clients to strategically match/fill vacancies based on client attributes and caregiver preferences.
- Scheduling Optimization: Think analytically to optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring maximum coverage and client satisfaction.
- Communication and Documentation: Act as a business partner between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a cohesive experience for all parties involved. Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our Point-of-Care software.
- Quality Assurance: Provide constructive feedback to branch staff regarding caregiver performance, attendance, and client feedback about caregivers.
- Customer Service: Field inbound calls as necessary to assist our customer service team.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to patient or employee scheduling, administrative work/data entry, or direct patient care.
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated customer service and communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, technical proficiency in utilizing scheduling software and generating reports.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Certifications: Ability to pass a criminal background check per agency policy.
- Education: Associate's degree.
- Experience: Call center or customer experience.
- Skills: Computer proficiency.
