About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will work in post-acute facilities in the area, providing high-quality care to residents and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental health, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns and medical history.
  • Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects and reviewing residents' charts and medical records.
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility, maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies and participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • High school diploma (or GED/equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role).
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
