- Implement: Deliver high-quality patient care, including education, discharge planning, and coordination of services, while maintaining a safe and supportive work environment.
- Evaluate: Continuously evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed, involving patients and the healthcare team in the decision-making process.
- Documentation: Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the medical record, ensuring clear and concise communication among healthcare providers.
- Professional Development: Stay current with best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
- Licensure: Active RN licensure within the state or nurse licensure compact.
- Certifications: Basic life support (BLS) upon hire, ACLS certification within 6 months of hire, and PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
