Exciting Opportunity for Family Nurse Practitioner

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Starke, Florida. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our community, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance, and a starting bonus. You will also have access to a comprehensive training program, including on-site hosted HQ orientation and training, as well as ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and geriatric patients
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including colds, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues
  • Perform minor procedures, such as toenail removal, foreign object removal, suturing, and splinting
  • Review x-rays and provide general orthopedic evaluations and management
  • Provide general dermatology, general eye problems, and general EKG interpretations
  • Manage emergency situations and provide general GYN expertise
  • Treat children of all ages and provide occupational medicine services
  • Participate in telemedicine and work a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend
Qualifications
  • Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
  • MSN or higher education required
  • DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred
