About the Role
This position will involve providing patient education, discharge planning, and answering patient questions regarding prescriptions and follow-up processes. You will also be responsible for writing orders as needed and traveling to outreach locations as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on cardiology. A minimum of three years of acute care nursing experience is preferred, as well as ACLS certification. You should also have knowledge of general computer skills and clinical equipment, including EKG machines, nuclear treadmills, and pulse oximeters.
