Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established protocols for receiving, stocking, and shipping inventory.

  • Direct the placement of received materials to their designated locations.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to address inventory needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest improvements for slow-moving items.

Daily Tasks:

  • Ensure a clutter-free receiving dock and warehouse floor.
  • Process all freight on the same day of arrival.
  • Organize received stock materials within 24 hours.
  • Prepare delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load delivery vehicles for next-day shipments.

Weekly and Quarterly Duties:

  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks to uphold a tidy workspace.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with supervisors to discuss performance goals.

Flexibility: Be prepared to assist in various areas of the company as needed during busy periods.
