We are seeking a reliable and caring Personal Care Aide to provide one-on-one care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and eating. They will also be required to perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning, and prepare meals for clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and eating
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the RN Supervisor
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Prepare and serve meals for clients, as needed

Requirements:

  • Certified as a CNA, NA, or PCA (exception Companion Aide only to Private Pay)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Documentation of positive work history as evidenced by at least two work references on file
  • Valid Driver's License
  • No more than 2 company or state barrier crimes (criminal history check results must meet state and company standards)
