Server Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Starboard Group Management Company. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner

• Greet guests, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding menu items and services

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms

• Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables

• Collaborate with the kitchen and service bar teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and transport trays and equipment up to 25 pounds

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move quickly around the dining area
