Apheresis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Apheresis Nurse at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and record patient symptoms and conditions, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient conditions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
- Promote hospital customer service initiatives.
- Utilize the nursing process for individual care to meet the needs of patients.
- Demonstrate ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
- RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Administration Provider Card within 6 months of hire for RNs with six months of Oncology experience or 12 months if no Oncology experience.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or BMT Certified Nurse, preferred.
- BSN preferred.
