Education Professor

Overview
The University of Arkansas at Monticello seeks an accomplished Academic Leader to join the School of Education. This is a key role that will oversee various programs, including teaching face-to-face and online courses, Graduate Coordinator, Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) Coordinator, and Accreditation/Assessment Coordinator.

Responsibilities
This is a multifaceted role that involves:
- 3 hours per semester of teaching face-to-face and/or online courses
- Coordinating graduate programs, including the MAT program
- Overseeing accreditation processes
- Managing assessment systems
- Analyzing program and unit data for improvement

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A doctorate in education or ABD consideration, with expertise in teacher education preparation
- A master's degree in an education-related field with exceptional expertise/experience, considered for an instructor level
- At least three years of teaching experience in P-12 public education or higher education
- Strong leadership/administrative qualities and skills
- Proficiency in organization, technology, data collection, and analysis
- Ability to work with culturally diverse backgrounds
