\Job Summary:
\The Property Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of our properties, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures outlined in our maintenance manuals.
- Perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner, prioritizing resident satisfaction.
- Handle service requests, apartment turnovers, and assist with vendor interactions as assigned by the Lead Maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas needing attention.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
