- Implement treatment plans and provide crisis intervention as necessary, while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Act as a role model in using appropriate counseling skills, including de-escalation techniques, active listening, and positive reinforcement.
- Follow facility policies and procedures, while promoting a positive peer culture and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
Located in Meridian, Mississippi, Alliance Health Center is a 154-bed acute care psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital. Our facility offers treatment programs for adults and adolescents, as well as a unique program track specifically for seniors.
