Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and equipment, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to safely and efficiently operate MRI scanners.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures
  • Position patients and coils on the MRI table
  • Inject contrast media as required
  • Set technical parameters and operate MRI scanners
  • Observe image data on computer monitors during scans
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Valid state radiology registration
  • Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
