Job Summary:

The Private Duty Nurse LPN will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising RN.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
