Job Title: Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer medications, perform dialysis procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs and laboratory results
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.)
  • Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
