About the Job
We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our Front Desk team as a Front Desk Agent. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and marketing. You'll also be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain house bank and follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr., a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
