Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Allergy Technician to join our team at Charleston ENT & Allergy. As a critical member of our Allergy Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our immunotherapy program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Immunotherapy Vial Preparation: Prepare and mix vials of immunotherapy for patients receiving allergy shots or allergy drops.
  • Lab Environment Maintenance: Maintain a sterile laboratory environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Record Management: Scan patient records and other information as necessary, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the smooth operation of our clinic.
