Senior Residential Clinician Opportunity

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Senior Clinician to join our team in a residential setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work with children and adolescents to address clinical issues and provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services to residents in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Licensed clinician with experience working with children and adolescents
  • Supervisory experience and knowledge of DBT
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
