We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Construction Project Supervisor to lead and manage intricate to highly intricate construction endeavors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project construction operations, ensuring adherence to specifications, maintaining budgetary constraints, and achieving timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend collaborative meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Provide direct daily oversight of the on-site workforce.
  • Review and understand the project budget and general conditions estimate.
  • Evaluate and authorize Trade Contractor Payment Applications in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Develop and sustain a site logistics plan, coordinating with Project Manager, Clients, and Contractors.
  • Conduct inspections for quality and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate site testing and inspection activities.
  • Manage project timelines, including the preparation of look-ahead schedules to ensure activities are executed on or ahead of planned dates.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities.
  • Engage in project meetings, including those with subcontractors, and lead foreman meetings.
  • Review and assist in formulating scopes of work for each subcontractor.
