About the Role:
Clinical Software Specialist wanted for a leading health system in the United States. This role involves analyzing, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and maintaining Epic clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and configure Epic clinical applications and solutions to meet operational and technical requirements.
2. Develop, test, implement and support Epic clinical systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvements and implement changes to Epic clinical systems.

Requirements:
1. Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in nursing, information technology, allied health professions, business or a related field.
2. Equivalent of 8 years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in clinical information applications and systems in health care, or a combination of education and experience may be substituted for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Epic certification within 3 months of training completion.
2. Registered Nurse or Clinical Laboratory Scientist license (depending on area of responsibility).
3. 3 years of analyst experience in similar clinical system implementation or EHR system support.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location and experience.
