Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement onboarding programs to meet the needs of new hires
* Collaborate with supervisors and HR to ensure new hires are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties
* Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to ensure they are meeting expectations and provide feedback and coaching as needed
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process
* Develop and maintain relationships with new hires, supervisors, and HR to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or two years of college coursework in communications, HR, or a related field preferred
* Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to present ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
