**About the Role**

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our team as a Stock Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our ideal candidate will execute the flow of merchandise in and out of the stock area, process all shipments, and immediately report any discrepancies to management.
  • They will properly fold or hang all merchandise in the stock area, maintain constant awareness of replenishment needs, and ensure all customer shipments are prepared and processed for delivery.
  • The successful candidate will have complete knowledge of the store's merchandise, back of house, and front of house layout, ensuring the stock area is organized, including merchandise supplies and display materials.
  • They will replenish supplies as requested by management and assist with cleaning or maintenance issues that occur on the sales floor or in the stock room as necessary.
  • Additionally, they will complete all transfers, markdowns, and consolidations, ensuring their accuracy, and participate in inventory preparations and actual inventory counts.
  • Finally, they will support visual directives and floorset process, assisting the visual team with store floorset as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience; retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills leading a team environment.
  • Excellent English communication - verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management/project skills.
  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
  • Must be able to work shift standing and walking.
  • Must be able to pack, unpack, and move stock when supporting receiving / stocking store functions.
