- Minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care or senior living environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
