Responsibilities and Duties
  • Leadership Role: Supervise a team of pipers and other personnel, directing them in the layout, assembly, and installation of piping systems.
  • Project Management: Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure timely project completion.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to piping system installation, repair, or maintenance.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, often involving heavy lifting, standing, and climbing.
  • Certifications and Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read blueprints and equipment documentation.
