IT Director

Proliance Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in driving technological innovation and ensuring cost-effective IT operations.

• Develop and oversee the IT budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to track expenses and forecast future costs.
• Architect, deploy, and manage Azure services and solutions to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage and administer the Snowflake data platform, ensuring efficient data processing and analysis.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Lead cybersecurity efforts to protect the organization's IT assets from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Provide user training and support to maximize productivity and utilization of IT systems.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT management roles, with expertise in Azure administration, Snowflake administration, Office 365 management, cybersecurity, network operations, and help desk support.
• Deep technical knowledge of Azure cloud services, Snowflake data platform, Office 365 services, cybersecurity principles and technologies, networking protocols, and telecommunications systems.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in healthcare and familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements is highly desirable.
