Happy Hill Farm is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Resident Parent.

Position Overview

As a Resident Parent, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and secure home atmosphere for up to 8 students. Your primary responsibility will be to guide their personal growth and development by assisting them in managing their duties, relationships, and spiritual journeys. This position emphasizes creating a Christian-centered environment through prayer, open dialogue, and family devotionals.

The students you will support come from diverse backgrounds, including international origins. You will have the opportunity to impart essential life skills such as respectful communication, effective time management, and conflict resolution, while also nurturing vital character attributes like honesty, kindness, patience, tolerance, and self-control. This role is ideal for those passionate about youth, family dynamics, and mission work.

This position is specifically available for Married Couples, who will collaborate closely with each other and the residential team to ensure the well-being of the students. Regular communication with supervisory staff is essential to guarantee that the students receive appropriate care and that all organizational policies are adhered to. Each Resident Parent will have access to a private apartment that is connected to the student residence.
