Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-home assessments for speech therapy and provide weekly therapy sessions.
  2. Design and execute therapy strategies aimed at enhancing or restoring speech and language capabilities.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and services rendered to clients and their families.
  4. Educate clients and relevant family members on the comprehensive treatment plan. Provide Family Training as necessary to maximize treatment effectiveness.
  5. Perform initial assessments for new clients and re-assess existing clients.
  6. Adhere to federal and state regulations to maintain licensure, including completing necessary continuing education units (CEUs).
  7. Participate in meetings with clients, family members, case managers, and other stakeholders as needed.
  8. Maintain open communication with the therapy services administrative team.
  9. Regularly update the physician regarding the client's treatment progress and collaborate on any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
  10. Engage in staff meetings, case discussions, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Current state Speech Language Pathologist license
Current ASHA certification
Valid state driver's license

Experience Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech & Language Pathologist in a healthcare environment.

**Potential for a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus**
Working with at least 10 clients
**Additional compensation available for evening and weekend visits**
